dreams

11 Dec

sailing on a skiff of dreams
among clouds of wonder
to mystical ports of call
where all imagined
is in your grasp

oh to stay this course…
but fast – daybreak approaches

Yes, often times we would wish good dreams would linger on.

Dreams afford me passage to amazing ports of call… I meet people I’ve always admired – and sometimes go on crazy adventures! But this was a patient, gentle offering.

Thank you so much. Found you at Writer’s Isle.

I do love the world of dreams – or at least dreams like this. I wonder sometimes where the limitations suddenly come from when, waking up, I think that what I dreamed is not possible in the real world. What if I couldn’t think that thought… what then?

Lovely poetic response to the “wondrous” prompt.

Gentle reminder that all too often sunrise comes and dreams must depart. Like the soft feel of your words,
